Teams must include at least one civil engineering student, one mechanical engineering student, and one architecture student, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 students in total. The required civil and mechanical engineering students must be at least in their 3rd year, and the required architecture student must be at least in their 2nd year. Remaining team members can be from any discipline and may be in any year. Applications that do not meet these criteria will be deemed invalid. Graduate students are allowed to participate. Associate degree students cannot be part of the team in any way.
Only one civil engineering student, one mechanical engineering student, and one architecture student from each team can attend the training sessions. Teams are required to participate in the training.
Teams will be contacted to complete the application process.
The event will take place on December 13, 14, 15, and 16, 2025, at the Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Civil Engineering. A detailed schedule of the event will be shared later.
