Who will be living in the home? How many bedrooms do you need?

How often do you have guests or family stay? Would you like a room for them?

What features do you like in a master bathroom?

Do you enjoy cooking? Is a large kitchen important to you?

How about the dining room? Do you prefer a formal dining room?

When guests visit, how many visit at a time? Do you need a great room where many people can gather?

Would you like extra rooms for an office or hobbies? If so, what do you need in that room and where would you like it located within the home?

Are architectural features such as vaulted ceilings, spiral staircases, exposed beams, or large windows important to you or just "nice to have"?
