1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide professional real estate photography and/or videography services as requested by the Client, including but not limited to:
- Luxury HDR Photography
- Drone Aerial Footage (if applicable and FAA compliant)
- Cinematic Property Videography (if applicable)
- Matterport 3D Tours (if applicable)
- Twilight Photos (if requested)
- Agent Promo/Branding Content (if requested)

A detailed description of selected services, deliverables, and turnaround time is attached as Exhibit A – Project Details.

2. Fees & Payment
- Additional Fees: Travel time fee of $25+ for locations over 40 minutes, twilight photography, rush edits, etc.
- Full Payment is due upon execution of contract.

3. Client Responsibilities
- Client must ensure property is ready for shooting at the scheduled time.
- Any delays, rescheduling, or waiting time caused by property readiness may result in additional fees.
- Client must secure all permissions for photography/videography of the property (including HOA, tenants, etc.).

4. Delivery
- Standard turnaround Luxury HDR Photography: [1-2 business days].
- Standard turnaround Cinematic Video: [5 business days].
- Files will be delivered digitally via [link, online gallery, or download].
- Photo quantity: average of 30–50 images depending on property size.

5. Usage Rights & Licensing
- Service Provider retains the copyright to all media created.
- Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for real estate marketing and promotional purposes only.
- Media may not be sold, transferred, or reused for future listings without prior written consent.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 24–48 hours before the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.
- Weather-related rescheduling will be handled without penalty.

7. Limitation of Liability
- Service Provider will exercise reasonable care but is not liable for unforeseen technical issues, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond control.
- Liability is limited to the total amount paid under this Agreement.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of any completed work.

9. Entire Agreement
This document reflects the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes prior discussions. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
