Vendor Fee Policy:
Market by the Sea does not offer refunds, credits, or rollovers for vendor fees. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, vendor fees are essential to producing each event. These funds directly support event expenses including advertising, city permits, licenses, insurance, and lot rental.

No electricity available & No generators permitted
No cooking onsite

All vendor fees are non-refundable, so please be sure you're able to attend before applying.

Event Details

• Vendor check-in and setup begins at 8:00 AM.
• Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment needed for their booth setup.
• No power access will be available. Please plan accordingly.

Booth Requirements

• Vendors must provide their own setup materials, including up to 3 tables, displays, and supplies.
• Food vendors cooking onsite must provide:

Their own trash can
Ground covering/tarps to protect asphalt from oil and food stains
Failure to provide proper protection may result in a $150 cleanup fee.

All vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth space and surrounding area before leaving.

Application & Payment

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Once approved, you will be contacted through Instagram or email with payment instructions.

Payment must be completed within 48 hours of approval to secure your vendor spot.

Accepted payment methods: Venmo or Zelle

Vendor Guidelines

• No alcohol sales are permitted.
• Only approved products/items may be sold. Any unapproved items must be removed and may impact eligibility for future events.
• To maintain a diverse and supportive marketplace, we limit each vendor category to three similar businesses when possible. This allows every vendor the opportunity to showcase their products.

Food Vendors

Food vendors must have all required food handling permits and follow city regulations.

Please arrive during your assigned setup time and remain at the event for the full duration. Vendors must stay until the event concludes, even if sold out. Leaving early may affect acceptance into future markets.

Vendor Fees & Weather Policy

Vendor fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers under any circumstances.

In the event of rain, the market will be rescheduled to another date.
