I understand that GetWiza will do it's best to provide advice but cannot guarantee WiFi performance and/or coverage within my property. I understand that in order to test the quality of the fibre line I may need to make use of an ethernet LAN cabled test.
In the case of a free-to-use WiFi router or other free-to-use hardware, I understand that the device(s) remain the property of GetWiza and upon termination of service must either be purchased or returned in good, working condition and in its original packaging, at my own cost.
I understand on-site IT support is not included in the monthly GetWiza service fee, and that the Fibre Network Operator (FNO) will be responsible for on-site fibre installation, maintenance and repairs.
I understand that any discounts received on upfront fees (installation / activation / connection / promotion) will incur a claw back fee equal to the full Rand value of the discount(s) if I cancel or downgrade my service within the first 12 months of service going live at the service address related to this agreement. I grant GetWiza express permission to conduct credit reference checks and acknowledge that GetWiza may refuse service if credit results do not meet approval criteria.
I understand that the monthly promotional pricing advertised will only be applicable for the duration of the promo period, and thereafter the monthly pricing will revert to the standard rate as outlined in this agreement. GetWiza reserves the right to change standard retail and promotional pricing at any time. Promotional pricing reflects a discount off the current standard retail price; if the standard retail price goes up (e.g. due to provider price updates), GetWiza may adjust both the standard retail and promotional prices during the promotion (the percentage discount amount will stay the same).
I understand that service upgrades and downgrades are always subject to approval, and that if I downgrade to a product in a different category within the first 12 months of service going live at the service address related to this agreement, the full Rand value of the the promo discount I received will be forfeited and charged to me, and I may be required to return the free-to-use hardware at my own cost. I also understand that the promotion is subject to the product remaining active for 12 months, and if I cancel within this time or if my account account falls into a suspended state due to non-payment, I will be charged a claw-back fee of up to R1800.
Yes, I understand that there is a full calendar month cancelation notice period, and that cancellation within the first 12 months of activation attracts a cancellation fee of up to R1,800 + hardware value. In the case of free-to-use hardware, I understand that the device(s) remain(s) the property of GetWiza and must be returned upon termination of service in good, working condition and in its original packaging, at my own cost.
