CBTF Lifetime Achievement Award - Nomination Form
NOMINATION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 15TH ANNUALLY.

Lifetime Achievement Awards shall be presented to CBTF members who have:
- Exhibited dedication and have devoted many volunteer hours to baton locally, provincially and nationally. They shall have made significant contributions to the CBTF at all levels for a period of several years.
- Played an important role in the development of baton twirling at a national or international level.
- Served in significant elected positions within the WBTF (eg: WBTF President, WBTF Technical Chair, WBTF Judges Chair)
A maximum of two Lifetime Achievement recipients may be chosen for recognition at the Awards Ceremony of the Canadian Championship. Nominations are accepted from any current CBTF member.

The recipient's profile will be printed in the Canadians Program. A profile summary will be given at the presentation ceremonies at Canadians.
