BICYCLE RENTAL AGREEMENT & WAIVER

I confirm that I have inspected the bicycle and found it to be in good working condition. I rent and ride the bicycle at my own risk and accept full responsibility for any injury, accident, damage, loss, or death that may occur during use. Momentum Academy Pte Ltd and its staff shall not be liable for any claims, including those arising from negligence. I agree to fully indemnify and hold Momentum Academy Pte Ltd harmless from any claims by myself or others.

I am also responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the bicycle or accessories during the rental period and agree to pay the stated costs based on the market price of repair or replacement, subject to the following limits:

For regular bicycles: market price of repair costs, up to a maximum of $200, and up to $300 if the bicycle is lost.

For road bicycles: market price of repair costs, up to a maximum of $800, and up to $1,000 if the bicycle is lost.

Helmet use is mandatory on roads and highly recommended on park connectors for your safety.
