Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders must be canceled at least 1 week before the scheduled pickup/delivery Date for a 50% refund, Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days also depending on your bank. •72 hour or same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. •No changes can be made to orders after payment has been received ( Except Custom name and age) •Arriving on time for pickup is very important but in an event of an Emergency I will allow a 15 minute grace period ( Please update me on ETA) After that, orders will be held until DippedbyIkea returns from future deliveries or events and will not be held responsible for any Delay in event time frame of your Pick up time. ( You may add A additional person for pick up but the same Policy applies. •It is very important that all orders are picked up on time to ensure freshness and satisfaction.
Storing Instructions

Storing Instructions: • Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. If your event is outside we recommend placing Treats on ice or in a cool area( we are not responsible for any Melting treats once your items have been picked up. • To last up to 2 weeks, Chocolate & Candied Treats should be refrigerated (keep sealed/packaged). • If kept at room temperature, they should be eaten within 2 days. • When cutting, use caution – the Chocolate or Candied coating can be hard. • Avoid leaving in warm/humid conditions to prevent sticking. • Enjoy! 🎀
