Conference Travel Award Application
This award is to encourage faculty, grad students, and post-docs to network with other professionals by attending and giving a presentation (either poster or workshop) at the HAPS Annual Conference in May. The award is waived registration to the HAPS Annual Conference plus $600 awarded at the conference.

Application deadline is January 23, 2026. Note that you will need to upload a letter of support from a colleague or supervisor in order to complete this application.

If you were to receive this award, you are required to present a workshop or poster at the HAPS Annual Conference. Provide the title of the workshop or poster you would present at that conference.
Provide an description of the workshop or poster in 100 words or less.
Does your workshop or poster mention a specific product?
If your workshop or poster mentions a specific product, that product must be produced or sold by one of the conference exhibitors.

In addition, any workshop or poster mentioning a conference exhibitor product will have a fee associated with that presentation. Exhibitors are limited in the number of Sponsored Workshops that they can present at the Annual Conference, so the presenter will need to coordinate with the exhibitor.
