CONDITION OF VEHICLE
A condition report will be completed at the start and end of the rental period. The Renter acknowledges receipt of the vehicle in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
Renter agrees to immediately report any damage, accident, or mechanical issue to 1KEY Rental Service. Unauthorized repairs are strictly prohibited.
USE OF VEHICLE
The Renter agrees to operate the vehicle lawfully and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
The Renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, tolls, and associated penalties incurred during the rental period.
The vehicle may not be used:
For any illegal purpose or in an unsafe manner.
To carry passengers or property for hire.
To tow, push, or propel another vehicle.
By any person other than the Renter or an authorized additional driver approved by 1KEY Rental Service.
Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A cleaning fee of $__200_______ may be applied for violation.
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
The Renter is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the vehicle, whether caused by accident, negligence, or other factors, during the rental period.
The Renter is responsible for all associated costs, including towing, impound fees, loss of use, and administrative charges.
1KEY Rental Service is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal property left in the vehicle.
If the vehicle is not returned on the agreed date and time, the Renter may be subject to additional rental charges, repossession, and potential legal action.
GPS & MONITORING
All 1KEY Rental Service vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for location and safety monitoring. Failure to return the vehicle as agreed will result in the vehicle being reported as stolen.
RETURN POLICY
The vehicle must be returned to the designated location, on or before the agreed date and time.
It must be returned clean, fueled, and in the same condition as received. A cleaning fee of $___50_____ may apply for excessive dirt, stains, or debris.
TERMINATION
1KEY Rental Service reserves the right to terminate this agreement and repossess the vehicle without notice if:
The Renter violates any terms of this Agreement.
The vehicle is used in a reckless or unlawful manner.
Payment is not received as agreed.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1KEY Rental Service and its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Renter’s use of the vehicle.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements. No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
