We are now requiring sign ups for tumbling classes to ensure that we have the right amount of coaches present and to give more one on one attention . 

Please make sure that you choose the correct time for your child's tumbling class. DUE TO LIMITED AMOUNT OF SPACE PLEASE ONLY SELECT THE TIME YOUR CHILD IS ACTIVELY WORKING ON. 

By submitting this form I am aware that I am signing my child up for a group tumbling class. Due to there being a limited amount of openings I am aware that if miss my class there is no transfer or refund. Also if I arrive late my time will not be extended. 

 Also I am aware that injuries can occur while performing tumbling skills and release any liability for Empire Elite LLC of responsibility in the nature of such event as long precautions are being taken. We do our best to ensure the safety of all athletes but injuries still may occur.
