      KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

      • Conduct outbound calls to donors including welcome call, fail payment reminder, upgrade, conversion and reactivation campaign
      • Able to adapt to different sales techniques and strategies to maximize results
      • Provide excellent customer service and able to build rapport with donor, able to handle all inbound and outbound enquiries and complaints through emails, phone calls and all other communication channel;
      • Handle all types of donation processing including cash, cheques, and credit card transactions
      • Assist in administrative tasks, reporting support and database management when required
      • Assist in our regular donor engagement event/s
      • Provide training / support to our working partner when required
      • Support implementation of strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
      • Provide any ad hoc support as requested by line manager

       

       

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • HKCEE/DSE or above
      • Holder of Diploma

       

      SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

      • At least 2 years working experience in telemarketing, candidate with less experience may be considered as Donor Service Assistant
      • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent in Putonghua.
      • Proficiency in English & Chinese word processing
      • Good knowledge of computer application such as MS Office
      • Attention to details, high accuracy and target-driven.
      • Good team player, dedicated, with empathy, and passionate to work in NGO
