Position Overview
Tashkeel is seeking a proactive and organized individual to manage the daily operations of the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, members, and partners. This role is central to ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth delivery of Tashkeel’s programmes and services.
The responsibilities include managing workshop registrations, responding to exhibition and membership inquiries, and assisting with retail sales and calls. The role also provides administrative support to management and members, maintaining accurate records for memberships, workshops, and art supplies.
A key aspect of this position is overseeing the art supplies and merchandise stores through effective inventory management systems to ensure stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service. Additional tasks may be assigned as required by the General Manager.
