I understand that I am to provide photos and/or video of the shelter and paddock area(s) that are to house the adopted equine, and may receive approval based on the photos and/or video provided. If I exclude areas that are deemed unsafe by Double D Animal Rescue and Community Services (the "Rescue"), the following applies.
The Rescue and/or assigned transport driver that is responsible for delivery of adopted equine has the right to refuse the delivery (or unloading of equine) to Approved Adopters if they determine (in their sole discretion) that the shelter and/or paddock area(s) are unsafe.
Unsafe shelter and/or paddock area(s) may include, but are not limited to: debris, trash, exposed wires, loose metal, metal roofing/siding material, farm equipment, exposed sharp metal, motorized equipment or vehicles, unkept or unmaintained forest (treed areas), undisclosed barbed wire fencing, etc.
By signing below, I agree to the above and to not engage in a dispute of their determination. I will not become forceful or combative with the Rescue's representative. I understand that it is my responsibility to provide accurate photo and/or video representation of the shelter and paddock areas for the adopted equine.
