Please Note: Form must be submitted by the registration deadline, February 16, in order to guarantee t-shirts.
Specify how many t-shirts your group will need in each size. The cost of the t-shirt is included in the registration fee. Any additional shirts (shirts that are ordered for non-registrants) will be $15 each.
