2026-2027 REGISTRATION

A separate form will be needed for each student.

 

Enrollment

• This form registers your student in classes at Anchor Academy that run the full school year (two semesters).
• Students are automatically enrolled in both semesters.
• Prices listed are per semester for clarity, but registration covers the entire year.
• After July 1st, families are responsible for all tuition and supply costs, regardless of any changes or withdrawals.

Registration

• A $60 non-refundable Membership Fee is required for each student (up to three per family) for the entire school year. For families with more than three students, the extra fee will be applied toward the total family tuition.
  
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at checkout for each class. This deposit will be applied toward tuition and supply costs.
  
• Switching classes after July 1st incurs a $20 class change fee (this does not apply to class drops).
  
• No refunds will be issued after July 1st. Families are responsible for the full price of tuition after July 1st.

Payment Policy

• Any outstanding invoices with Anchor Homeschool Academy must be paid in full before registration can be completed.

Family Handbook

• By registering, families agree to read, understand, and abide by the policies outlined in the Anchor Homeschool Academy Family Handbook.

Option to Serve Commitment

Serving Discount

• Tuition prices already include an $80 discount per class per semester for families who commit to serving one 2.5-hour shift per class, per semester (maximum of 11 shifts per school year).
• Shifts are assigned before the school year begins.
• If you’re unavailable for an assigned shift, you are responsible for finding a replacement or trading with another family.

If You Opt Out of Serving

• Families who choose not to serve will pay an additional $80 per class per semester, which will be added to your invoice.
• This reflects the tuition price without the discount.

If a Shift Is Missed

• Unfulfilled shifts incur a $100 fee per shift, unless an emergency is approved by leadership.

• Letters, Rhyme, and Storytime A (PreK-K) $155 + $20 Supply Fee. 50 minute class--ends at 9:50am. For students aged 3-5 who are potty trained, non-readers. 
• Phonics & Early Literacy Skills (K-1st) $155 + $20 Supply Fee. Alphabet recognition required.
• Let’s Create Art A (K-2nd) $155 + $35 Supply Fee. STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS FOR 2 YEARS. Scissor skills and ability to follow directions required.
• World Continent Studies (1st-4th) $155 + $20 Supply Fee. STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS FOR UP TO 3 YEARS.
• Elementary History (2nd-5th) $155 + $35 Supply Fee. STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS FOR UP TO 3 YEARS.
• Elementary Sport Skills (2nd-5th) $155 + $25 Supply Fee. STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS TO CONTINUE DEVELOPING SKILLS.
• Elementary Hip Hop/Breakdancing (2nd-5th) $155 + $25 Supply Fee. STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS. Includes end-of-semester performance nights.
• Acting Adventures (3rd-6th) $175 + $35 Supply Fee. STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS. Includes end-of-semester performance nights.
• Critical Thinking and STEM Problem Solving (6th-8th) $175 + $35 Supply Fee.

• Math Minds (PreK-K) $155 + $20 Supply Fee. 50 minute class--ends at 11:00am. For students aged 3-5 who are potty trained.

• Elementary Science (3rd-5th) $155 + $30 Supply Fee. STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS FOR UP TO 4 YEARS.
• Math Skills for Life (4th-5th) $155 + $25 Supply Fee. STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL UP TO 2 YEARS. For students who have been introduced to multiplication and division. Not intended to replace home math curriculum.
• Sports Foundations and Skills (4th-6th) $155 + $20 Supply Fee. STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS.
• Public Speaking and Debate (6th-12th) $175 + $20 Supply Fee.
• Upper Grades Hip Hop/Breakdancing (6th-12th) $175 + $25 Supply Fee. STUDENTS MAY RE-ENROLL IN THIS CLASS. Includes end-of-semester performance nights.
• Upper Grades Intro to Woodworking (6th-12th) $175 + $50 Supply Fee.
• Drawing and Sketching Level 1 (6th-12th) $175 + $40 Supply Fee.

• Creative Dance Movement (PreK4-1st) $155 + $20 Supply Fee. 50 minute class--ends at 12:10pm. Ages 4-1st grade. Ballet-based dance. Includes end-of-semester performance nights.

• Math Mastery (6th-8th) $175 + $45 Supply Fee. Reinforces math skills before Algebra, covering mental math, fractions, decimals, negative numbers, geometry, and basic algebra concepts using "Hands-On Equations." Perfect as a supplemental or standalone curriculum.
• Life Skills: Character and Leadership (6th-12th) $175 + $25 Supply Fee.

Payment Plan Option:

• A 5% payment plan fee applies.
• Tuition may be divided into up to six monthly payments for early registrations.
• All payment plans must be completed by December 31 of the current school year. No exceptions.
• Registrations made later in the year will have the remaining balance divided over the remaining months through December 31.

By submitting this form, I authorize Anchor Homeschool Academy to charge my provided payment method for all tuition, fees, and charges incurred under Anchor policies.

I understand and agree to the following:

• Payments will be processed in full or in equal monthly installments based on my selected plan.
• Monthly payments will be charged on a recurring basis after the initial deposit and must be completed by December 31 of the current school year.
• Charges may be processed on or after invoice due dates.
• I am responsible for all charges outlined in Anchor policies, including but not limited to uncompleted volunteer service shifts as defined in the Community Service Policy.
• I will be notified of any changes to the payment schedule or additional charges.
• This authorization remains in effect until May 11, 2027, unless revoked in writing.
• Disputing a valid charge will result in a $20 administrative fee.
