• Slots are limited and will only be reserved after proof of payment is verified.
Cancellations by Participant
• Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organizers due to extreme weather or government restrictions.
• In such cases, participants may choose between a partial refund (less processing fees) or event credit for future participation.
Event Postponement or Cancellation
• In the event of bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event in the interest of participant safety.
• If the event is postponed, all paid participants will be automatically transferred to the new event date.
• If the event is cancelled by the organizers due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or force majeure, participants may choose between a partial refund (less transaction and administrative fees) or an event credit for future participation.
Please note that registration fees remain non-refundable for voluntary participant cancellations or no-shows.
