    The youth is responsible to have a valid health insurance for Switzerland during the camp. For Europeans your European health insurance card is good. For non Europeans we recommend to take a travel insurance, if your local health insurance is not valid in Switzerland. If you don't have your health insurance right now you can fill in 000 in the fields for the insurance and complete with this information later.

  • REGISTRATION STEPS

    1. Fill in the registration from on our internet site
    2. JSnow will send you a confirmation by email latest one week after reception of registration to inform you if there is still a place for you.
    3. Only when you know that you have a place, please pay the registration fee with the invoice attached in the email
    4. Please send an email with payment proof and copy/photo of your passport or ID as well as both sides of your health insurance card (please make sure that your health insurance is valid in Switzerland during the camp dates) to the email johanssonsantana.snowcamp@gmail.com
    5. JSnow will send you a confirmation by email once we have the full registration (registration for filled in, registration fee paid, emailed a copy of your passport/ID and health insurance card 
    6. When you have passed steps 1 to 5 your registration is confirmed!
    7. Once the registration is confirmed the youth is responsible to arrange the flight to Geneva airport, Switzerland at his/her own costs, see paragraph 2 in the terms and conditions here below.
    8. As soon as you have bought your flight please send an email to johanssonsantana.snowcamp@gmail.com with your arrival and departure time tables as well as flight numbers. It can be a screenshot of your reservation. 
    9. Latest 6th December, the remainder sum, should be transferred and a proof of payment sent by email.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 1. Camp fee, payment 

    Full camp

    Camp fee : €1860 per person. 

    Payment schedule
    First Payment (€860) – Non-refundable registration fee, due at registration.

    Second Payment (€1000) – Due no later than December 6th 2025.

    Short camp

    Camp fee : 470 CHF per person. 

    Payment schedule
    First Payment (200 CHF) – Non-refundable registration fee, due at registration.

    Second Payment (270 CHF) – Due no later than December 6th 2025.

    Payments must follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email. All bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant, not by JSnow CAMP.

    2. Services 

    A) included in the Camp Fee for the Full camp (Short camp version see internet site)

    • Shared accommodation in a dormitory in a historical ski hostel with many high end infrastructures (separated by gender as much as possible). Room sizes and bathroom types vary. Room allocations are made by JSnow staff and are final.
    • Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner
    • Ski activities:
      For beginners ski or snowboard lessons are provided by certified instructors
      For medium and advanced level, participants will ski or snowboard in mixed groups together with an instructor
    • Other scheduled activities (see program section 8)
    • Insurances (see section 3)
    • JSnow CAMP T-shirt


    B) NOT included in the camp fee for the Full Camp (Short camp please see internet site)

    • Equipment:Possibility to rent tailored equipment with JSnow
      • Helmet, skis, boots, sticks for 6 days: 250 Euro
      • Snowboard,  boots and helmet for 6 days: 250Euro    
    • Airport transfers: 50 Euro per transfer
      • On arrivals - transfers from Geneva airport to hostel in St-Luc costs 50 Euro as far as arrivals take place on December 27th between 8am and 5pm. For late arrivals a payment of 100 Euro is required (per person) upon availability of this option.
      • On departures- transfers from hostel in St-Luc to Geneva airport costs 50 Euro as far as departures are scheduled on the 3rd January 2026 after 9:30am (for earlier departures to be discussed)
      • Transfers from other airports require prior agreement with JSnow and incur extra fees to be discussed. 
      • Attention: transportation from/to your residence to/from Geneva Airport is the responsibility of the participant while all local transportation related to camp activities is provided by JSnow.

    3. Insurance for full camp. For short camp there is no insurance included. 

    Participants must have valid personal health insurance covering their stay in Switzerland.

    JSnow provides accident insurance according to Portuguese law No. 32/2011 and Portaria No. 629/2004, compliant with the ski activity in Switzerland.

    Civil responsibility insurance is included to the amount of Euro 75’000


    4. Photos,  Media and Marketing material 

    By joining the camp, participants grant JSnow the right to use photos and videos taken during the camp for promotional purposes.

    Photos taken by JStaff will be shared to the participants under the condition that participants identify @jsnowcamp_. It may include images of all participants. By participating in the camp, the youth agrees to appear in photos and social media from the other participants.


    5. Meals & Dietary Requirements

    JSnow aims to serve high-quality Swiss & International meals.

    • Vegetarian option is available and must be selected during registration. Once selected, it applies for the entire camp.
    • Vegan meals are not available.
    • Minor dietary accommodations (e.g. no pork, minor allergies) may be arranged upon request.
    • JSnow is not liable for any allergic reactions.


    ⚠️ Note: Repeated, excessive complaints about food give a negative vibe to the camp and these attitudes may result in dismissal from the camp, at the participant's own expense.


    6. Registration Limitations

    Spots are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, considering age, gender balance, and nationality diversity. You will receive confirmation within 1 week of registration.
    JSnow reserves the right to reject registrations because of the limited number of places available or offer to participants to stay on the waiting list


    7. Drugs, Alcohol & Smoking

    • Drugs are strictly prohibited.
    • Alcohol is only allowed for those of legal drinking age in Switzerland, and only in moderation.
    • If behavior is deemed inappropriate, JSnow reserves the right to send the participant home at their own expense.
    • Smoking is not allowed in hostels, balconies, or hostel gardens.

    JSnow assumes no liability for accidents or incidents involving drugs or alcohol.


    8. Typical Program and participation in activities

    A detailed daily schedule including Ski/Snowboard sessions, activities, and sports is provided here below.

    Participation in all scheduled activities is mandatory, unless excused by JSnow staff for valid reasons (e.g., illness or injury).

    All activities are supervised by JSnow staff or certified instructors.

  • 9. Feedback & Complaints

    Participants are encouraged to complete the post-camp feedback survey sent by email. It is anonymous and helps us improve future camps.

    10. Data Privacy

    JSnow will only use personal data for administrative purposes related to the camp including to the JSnow partner companies that we use for the realization of the camp.
    No data will be shared with third parties without consent.


    11. Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations must be sent via email to:

    • Up to December 6th, 2025:
      • The registration fee (€860) is non-refundable
      • The second payment (€1000) does not need to be paid or will be reimbursed
    • After December 7th 2025:
      • No refunds for either payment.

    Flights and other travel costs are non-refundable, regardless of who cancels (participant or JSnow).

    JSnow is not liable for flight costs or any other travel-related expenses. 

    JSnow advice to have a private travel insurance to cover those risks

    12. Management of special events, force majeur

    War or risks of war, terrorist activities, political instability, riots, civil wars, industrial conflicts, natural disasters, closing of airports, technical problems or airplane accidents or other transportation acci dents, fire, bad weather or any other events, or Acts of God beyond  the  control  of  JSnow   that  may  affect  the  running  of  the  camp programme, will not be the responsibility of JSnow. If the management of JSnow decides that the camp cannot be run for one reason or another, JSnow will refund the second payment in value of €1000  but we will not reimbourse the registration fee €860. If the participant decides on his/her own not to participate in the camp although it will be normally run, the participant cannot claim any refund from JSnow.


    13. Damages and losses

    The  parents or participants themselves if over 18 years old,   assume  full  financial  responsibility for: 

    • Damages caused, voluntarily or not, to facilities, equipment, material or other objects belonging to, or rented by, JSnow.
    • Costs of repatriation of participants required to return home or to  a  specified  place  for  reasons  of  health,  accident,  bad  behaviour  or other reasons judged as valid by JSnow. 
    • Pocket money and all other personal purchases made by the participant except for articles clearly stated in the reservation 
    • All equipment rented or purchased which is deemed necessary for the participant to take full advantage of his/her holiday which is returned by the participant in bad condition or which may be lost, missing or damaged. Example: if your ski equipment is stolen due to your negligence you will have to pay for the equipment stolen.
