Camp fee : €1860 per person.
Payment schedule
First Payment (€860) – Non-refundable registration fee, due at registration.
Second Payment (€1000) – Due no later than December 6th 2025.
Short camp
Camp fee : 470 CHF per person.
Payment schedule
First Payment (200 CHF) – Non-refundable registration fee, due at registration.
Second Payment (270 CHF) – Due no later than December 6th 2025.

Payments must follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email. All bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant, not by JSnow CAMP.

2. Services
A) included in the Camp Fee for the Full camp (Short camp version see internet site)
- Shared accommodation in a dormitory in a historical ski hostel with many high end infrastructures (separated by gender as much as possible). Room sizes and bathroom types vary. Room allocations are made by JSnow staff and are final.
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Ski activities:
For beginners ski or snowboard lessons are provided by certified instructors
For medium and advanced level, participants will ski or snowboard in mixed groups together with an instructor
- Other scheduled activities (see program section 8)
- Insurances (see section 3)
- JSnow CAMP T-shirt
B) NOT included in the camp fee for the Full Camp (Short camp please see internet site)
- Equipment:Possibility to rent tailored equipment with JSnow
- Helmet, skis, boots, sticks for 6 days: 250 Euro
- Snowboard, boots and helmet for 6 days: 250Euro
- Airport transfers: 50 Euro per transfer
- On arrivals - transfers from Geneva airport to hostel in St-Luc costs 50 Euro as far as arrivals take place on December 27th between 8am and 5pm. For late arrivals a payment of 100 Euro is required (per person) upon availability of this option.
- On departures- transfers from hostel in St-Luc to Geneva airport costs 50 Euro as far as departures are scheduled on the 3rd January 2026 after 9:30am (for earlier departures to be discussed)
- Transfers from other airports require prior agreement with JSnow and incur extra fees to be discussed.
- Attention: transportation from/to your residence to/from Geneva Airport is the responsibility of the participant while all local transportation related to camp activities is provided by JSnow.
3. Insurance for full camp. For short camp there is no insurance included.
Participants must have valid personal health insurance covering their stay in Switzerland.
JSnow provides accident insurance according to Portuguese law No. 32/2011 and Portaria No. 629/2004, compliant with the ski activity in Switzerland.
Civil responsibility insurance is included to the amount of Euro 75’000
4. Photos, Media and Marketing material
By joining the camp, participants grant JSnow the right to use photos and videos taken during the camp for promotional purposes.
Photos taken by JStaff will be shared to the participants under the condition that participants identify @jsnowcamp_. It may include images of all participants. By participating in the camp, the youth agrees to appear in photos and social media from the other participants.
5. Meals & Dietary Requirements
JSnow aims to serve high-quality Swiss & International meals.
- Vegetarian option is available and must be selected during registration. Once selected, it applies for the entire camp.
- Vegan meals are not available.
- Minor dietary accommodations (e.g. no pork, minor allergies) may be arranged upon request.
- JSnow is not liable for any allergic reactions.
⚠️ Note: Repeated, excessive complaints about food give a negative vibe to the camp and these attitudes may result in dismissal from the camp, at the participant's own expense.
6. Registration Limitations
Spots are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, considering age, gender balance, and nationality diversity. You will receive confirmation within 1 week of registration.
JSnow reserves the right to reject registrations because of the limited number of places available or offer to participants to stay on the waiting list
7. Drugs, Alcohol & Smoking
- Drugs are strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol is only allowed for those of legal drinking age in Switzerland, and only in moderation.
- If behavior is deemed inappropriate, JSnow reserves the right to send the participant home at their own expense.
- Smoking is not allowed in hostels, balconies, or hostel gardens.
JSnow assumes no liability for accidents or incidents involving drugs or alcohol.
8. Typical Program and participation in activities
A detailed daily schedule including Ski/Snowboard sessions, activities, and sports is provided here below.
Participation in all scheduled activities is mandatory, unless excused by JSnow staff for valid reasons (e.g., illness or injury).
All activities are supervised by JSnow staff or certified instructors.
