  • Farmland protection

    MFT takes on a limited number of purchased agricultural easement projects each year and prioritizes farms that are currently commercially active, or plan to be commercially active in the near future, and contain significant open fields with good agricultural soils. Farms that don't currently meet these criteria may still be candidates for a donated agricultural conservation easement.
