Type your name and give the item number of each addition.

    1.     Describe family members’ involvement and/or personal involvement with the building industry. 2.     Provide a typewritten essay (250 word maximum) on why you want to pursue the course of study that you have chosen and how it would relate to the building industry. 3.      If you are nota current High School Senior and are attending Trade School for the first time, please attach a resume.  4.     Comments:  Please convey any additional information or circumstances you think are pertinent to this application.

  • ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

    An applicant must:  Be a legal resident of Laramie County  Be a current senior student at a Laramie County High School; or be a graduate of a High School; or have a G.E.D.  Trade program must be for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or welding.
  • SELECTION:

    The recipient will be selected from applications submitted to the SEWBA Scholarship Trust, LLC and will be at the sole discretion of the SEWBA Scholarship Trust, LLC Committee.  Selection will be made in April of each year, with formal announcement made in May.
  • NUMBER AND AMOUNT OF SCHOLARSHIPS:

    The number and amount of scholarships will be determined yearly based on the amount of funds available. Presently, each SEWBA Trade Scholarship will be $1500 made in 1 installment for the trade school academic year. The SEWBA Scholarship Trust, LLC will disburse the proceeds of the scholarship to the student and trade school at the beginning of the academic term. Scholarship recipients must notify SEWBA of any change of address. Failure to do so will result in termination of the scholarship.
