Application to be Recognised as an Exhibiting Artist Member
As an Exhibiting Artist member of the Club you will be able to participate in the Club’s member exhibitions, promote your work on the Club’s website and use its gallery space to stage your own exhibition.

To become recognised as an Exhibiting Artist member you need to submit three of your works and an accompanying artist’s statement to be considered by a Selection Jury for inclusion in a forthcoming Glasgow Art members exhibition. The Selection Jury will consider your submission in terms of both creativity and mastery of technique, material and subject as well as commitment to practice as evidenced by your statement while also taking into account your experience and the form of visual art that you practice. In particular for younger applicants and recent graduates.

Use this form to upload images and details of the work that you wish to be considered and also provide an artist’s statement. You can either do this now for the Club’s next members exhibition or, as a member of the Club, for a future exhibition.

The Selection Jury’s acceptance may be subject to physical viewing of your work, in which case you will be notified.
