• Sign-Up and Practical Services for the 2025 Thanksgiving Conference

  • Living Stream Ministry is requesting the following information for conference planning purposes.

    1) The number of adults (including young people) who will attend the conference

    2) Registration of any children (6th grade and younger) that will attend the children's meetings at the conference.

    In addition, the Texas churches have been asked to help provide childcare during Message 4 on Saturday morning, and for brothers to assist with ushering during one meeting. Please use this form to let us know your availability to serve.

    Please submit your responses by Friday, October 31 so that we can submit the information to LSM by their November 1 deadline.
