2026 Scholarship & Awards Application

Welcome to the 2026 Blackhawk School District Education Foundation (BSDEF) Scholarship and Awards Application.

This application is only for students graduating from the Blackhawk School District in 2026.

By completing one application, you’ll be considered for all BSDEF scholarships and awards you qualify for. Each scholarship has its own donor-specified qualifications, and your answers help determine which awards you can be considered for.

Questions marked with a red asterisk ( * ) are required and must be completed before you can submit your application. Other questions are optional, but answering them may increase your chances of qualifying for additional scholarships.

Your application saves automatically as you go. You’ll receive an email with a link to come back and finish it later. You can review and make changes anytime before clicking “Submit”. Once you submit your application, it is final and cannot be changed. You’ll receive a confirmation email and a copy of your submission.

DEADLINE:

All applications must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Friday, March 27, 2026 (Jotform system time). Late applications cannot be accepted for any reason, so plan and don’t wait until the last minute.
