Victory Sports High School Missionary Application
The Victory Sports High School Missionary program is designed for high school students who have completed 10th–12th grade during the 2025–2026 school year and desire to spend their summer serving on the mission field.
Each missionary will raise funds, allowing students to serve as paid missionaries. High School missionaries commit to serving at least four camps during June and July, working alongside college summer missionaries.
Victory Sports Camps are mission trips that offer sports camp during the mornings and VBS during the afternoons for first through sixth grade students.
As a High School Missionary, You Will:
SERVE – As a member of the Victory Sports Summer Staff team, you will take on the role of a servant leader—supporting our mission to share the Gospel message and empowering our mission trip teams to do the same. The days will be long but exhilarating as you seek to serve the campers, communities, local volunteer leaders, mission teams, and your fellow summer staff teammates.
LEAD – Together with your teammates, you’ll help lead mission trips and develop your leadership skills. Victory Sports leaders will equip you with training, resources, and guidance as you step into meaningful ministry roles—serving as the hands, feet, and voice of Christ at camp.
GROW – Our greatest desire is for you to grow in your relationship with Jesus. You’ll be stretched outside your comfort zone and challenged daily in your spiritual walk. Ministry can be messy and demanding, but through it all, you’ll experience God’s presence in new and powerful ways.
To participate in the High School Missionary Program, you must commit to serving at least four camps during the summer.
Provide three references who can speak to your character, spiritual walk, and work ethic.
One reference must be from your youth pastor or senior pastor.
One reference should be a work reference (if not applicable, you may substitute an adult leader who knows you well).
