Victory Sports High School Missionary Application
The Victory Sports High School Missionary position is designed for high school students who have completed 10th-12th grade ('25-'26 school year) and want to serve on the mission field during the summer. Each missionary will raise support to serve as a paid summer missionary, committing to at least four camps during June and July.
Victory Sports Camps function as mission trips, offering sports camps in the mornings and Vacation Bible School (VBS) sessions in the afternoons for children in grades 1–6.
As a High School Missionary, You Will:
SERVE – Join the Victory Sports Summer Staff as a servant leader, supporting our mission to share the Gospel and empowering mission teams to do the same. The days are long but rewarding as you serve campers, communities, local volunteers, mission teams, and your fellow VSSM and VSJM teammates.
LEAD – Together with your teammates, you’ll help lead mission trips and develop your leadership skills. Victory Sports leaders will equip you with training, resources, and guidance as you step into meaningful ministry roles—serving as the hands, feet, and voice of Christ at camp.
GROW – Our greatest desire is for you to grow in your relationship with Jesus. You’ll be stretched outside your comfort zone and challenged daily in your spiritual walk. Ministry can be messy and demanding, but through it all, you’ll experience God’s presence in new and powerful ways.
To participate in the High School Missionary Program, you must commit to serving at least four camps during the summer.
Provide three references who can speak to your character, spiritual walk, and work ethic.
One reference must be from your youth pastor or senior pastor.
