PoMoArts invites submissions for True Colours, our annual Youth Pride Art Exhibition celebrating Pride in Port Moody this June!

True Colours is a safe and welcoming space for Tri-City 2SLGBTQI+ youth, their families, and their allies. This exhibition promotes inclusivity, celebrates diversity, and creates space for the unique contributions of youth artists in our community.

We invite youth artists (age 12-19) who identify as part of, or allies to the 2SLGBTQI+ community to apply to showcase their artwork. We welcome artwork in all mediums exploring themes of identity, family, culture, and self-expression.

Students from School District 43 (Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Anmore and Belcarra) are encouraged to apply.

The exhibition runs from May 14 – July 5, 2025. In addition, True Colours artists are invited to attend the public Opening Reception for all PoMoArts exhibitions in this show on May 14th, 2026.

This exhibition will also be featured as part of Port Moody Youth Pride Festival on Friday, June 26th from 5pm-7pm, located right here at PoMoArts! We invite True Colours artists, along with their friends and family, to attend.
