  • The Student Ambassador Team is a leadership opportunity for local high school and college students who want to grow professionally, explore career pathways, and make meaningful connections within the business community. As part of the Chamber Career Center, Student Ambassadors gain real-world experience while helping shape opportunities that better connect students, educators, and employers.

    Student Ambassadors play an important role in supporting Career Center initiatives, sharing ideas and feedback, welcoming others, and helping create meaningful experiences for fellow students. Through leadership development, career exploration, and hands-on involvement, ambassadors gain valuable insight into the local business community while building skills that will support their future.

  • Commitment

    Below is an overview of the Student Ambassador Teams' Expectations.
    • An investment of 1 to 3 hours per month (October 2026 – April 2027).
    • Attend monthly Student Ambassador meetings.
    • Act as a student voice by sharing insights on youth needs and perspectives. 
    • Promote Chamber resources (Career Center, internships, programs) among peers. 
    • Complete the YouScience career discovery assessment provided by the Chamber at no cost.

  • Meetings will take place once a month October through April on the third Tuesday of the month from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Are you available to attend these meetings?*
  • The Student Ambassador Program requires you to have approval from your parent/guardian to participate. Do you have approval to participate?*
