• 2026 Minority Small Business Expo Registration

  • Since 2023, the Rho Phi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Minority Business Expo has been a cornerstone event serving the Brazos Valley. It provides a platform where connection, community, and commerce thrive, building empowering relationships that strengthen both entrepreneurs and the community at large. This year, we are excited to collaborate with BSFN to further expand our impact.

    Date: Saturday, November 7, 2026

    Location: Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center – Lobby (outside main ballroom)

    Setup: 10:00–11:00 am | Expo: 11:00 am–2:00 pm

    Vendor Fee: $50

    Vendor Package Includes:

    •  One 6-ft table & two chairs
    •  Opportunity to showcase your business to attendees
    •  Vendors must bring any additional setup materials, including small trash can (optional for any trash) Black table coverings will be provided  
    •  Electricity is limited and not guaranteed.
    •  Mention on BFSN Aggie Impact Gala website
