Exhibitor Perks & Opportunities
All participating exhibitors and vendors will receive a Vendor Welcome Backpack at check-in. You will also have the opportunity to speak briefly about your company, organization, or services during the expo if you wish. This is a great way to share who you are, what you offer, and connect directly with attendees!
Set-Up:
Friday, November 21, 2025 • 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
No setup will be allowed on Saturday or during event hours. Our building and parking lot are in a secure location.
Check-In:
Exhibitors must check in at the registration desk before setting up. Exhibitor badges will be provided for access during setup and event hours.
Event Hours (Open to Public):
Saturday, November 22, 2025 • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Take-Down:
Saturday, November 22, 2025 • 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up their own space after the event.
No early breakdowns or vehicle movements will be permitted while the expo is open.
Exhibitor Space Requirements:
Your booth or display area must be self-contained and free-standing. Spaces may have exhibitors directly beside or behind them, so all materials must fit within your designated area. If desired, bring your own partitions or backdrops.
Booth Placement:
Management will assign all exhibitor locations to create a balanced and organized expo layout.
Included with Booth:
Each indoor booth includes one 8-ft table and three chairs. Additional equipment or furnishings must be supplied by the exhibitor.
Electricity & Power Use:
Limited electrical access is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords or power strips as needed.
Displays & Conduct:
Exhibitors must keep all activities, signage, and displays within their assigned space. Sound levels, lighting, and demonstrations should not disturb neighboring exhibitors or attendees.
Vehicles on Display:
All vehicles must be stationary with keys removed during public hours. A representative must remain on-site during the event.
Refund Policy:
Full payment is required to reserve your space. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, acts of God, or government restrictions.
