Victory Sports College Intern Missionary
The Victory Sports College Intern Missionary position is designed for college students who desire to dedicate their summer to serving on the mission field. Interns will raise financial support to serve as paid missionaries and will commit to eight weeks of Victory Sports Camps during June and July.
Interns will be provided with host home housing during the summer. Local interns may either stay in a host home with other full-time leaders or commute from their own home.
Victory Sports Camps are mission trips that offer sports camps during the mornings and Vacation Bible School (VBS) during the afternoons for children entering first through sixth grade.
As a VSSM Intern, You Will:
SERVE – As a member of the Victory Sports Summer Staff team, you will take on the role of a servant leader—supporting our mission to share the Gospel message and empowering our mission trip teams to do the same. The days will be long but exhilarating as you seek to serve the campers, communities, local volunteer leaders, mission teams, and your fellow summer staff teammates.
LEAD – Strengthen your leadership skills as you help guide and supervise both the high school and college missionary programs. You’ll assist in leading mission teams through every aspect of camp, supported by Victory Sports leaders who will provide resources, training, and guidance.
GROW – Our deepest desire is that you grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ this summer. You’ll be stretched and challenged in your faith as you serve others, embrace differences, and experience God’s transforming work in new and powerful ways.
