2025 NXT100 Puerto Rico Invitational

🌴 We’re Back for Year 2 — NXT100 Puerto Rico Invitational!

We’re excited to return for Year 2 of the NXT100 Puerto Rico Invitational, held on the beautiful island of San Juan, Puerto Rico!

Join us this December 12 - 14, 2025 for three days of fun in the sun, community service, and high-level competition against international talent — including the Fbpur Puerto Rico 13U & 14U National Teams and we are excited to welcome Team Canada 13U & 14U squads to the event.

This year, we’re partnering with Fbpur Puerto Rica national teams staff to create a one-of-a-kind experience. Together, we’ll provide young prospects with the chance to gain international experience, give back to the local community, and build lifelong bonds and memories.

We’re looking to host16 total prospects from the States to field two rosters (8 players each team) — one from Class of 2030 and one from Class of 2031. 

*Please supply Action photo & film if you have available. 

A commitment fee of $125 (non-refundable) is required to secure a roster spot. Each participant will receive:

Sneakers
Socks

*Each family will be responsible for flight, transportation, and lodging expenses.

*Once jotform is recieved and participant is approved you will recieve payment information to confirm attendance.

Release of Liability

Liability Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the 4th Annual Last Run High School Showcase, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that: We have the right to film and take action photos during our events, 1) The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including COVID, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and 2) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, 3) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT. This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above of all the Releases, and for myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releases from any and all liabilities incident to my minor child's involvement or participation in these programs as provided above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
