New Visions Homeless Services will be holding a Christmas Celebration on Saturday, December 13th. The event will be held at the Iowa West Sports Plex located at 3260 Mid America Dr, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. If you would like to receive help this holiday season, please complete the form below.

If you have more than 6 children in your care, please fill out another form with the remaining childrens information.
Assistance can be requested for children ages 0-18 years old.
Children under the age of 14 must be present the day of the event.
There will be an option to choose a time to pick up your gifts. We ask that you do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time.
You should receive an email confirming that you are signed up for the event from Jotform. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at 712-322-7570 and ask for Stephanie. You may also email us anytime at giveaway@newvisionshs.org.
