We have a small selection of play equipment available for groups to borrow for their stall at this year’s Palmy Play Festival. Please note that equipment is provided as is and on a first-in, first-served basis. We also encourage groups to plan activities that use simple, easily sourced materials from within their own communities.
Stall set up & Logistics
Each Play Stall will be provided with one(1) trestle table and four (4) folding chairs. Additional tables and chairs will be available to collect on the day if needed. Gazebo availability: We have a very limited number of gazebos this year. Please check within your community first to see if you can borrow or bring one. If not, let us know below and we’ll do our best to help.

Volunteer Support
We recommend having at least two volunteers hosting your Play Stall at all times. If you are short on volunteers, let us know, we will try our best to find a solution with you.

Yes – we will struggle to have enough volunteers for our Play Stall (Event organisers will follow up with you)
