Every Marin Cursillo application requires that two parts be submitted to the processing committee:

Part One - This form. It is the candidate application and it can be submitted before or after part two.

Part Two - A sponsor information form is to be filled out by your sponsor.

Covid-19 Safe Practice: Vaccinations are recommended but proof of vaccination will not be required. However, all Marin Cursillo weekend participants will be asked to test negatively for Covid-19 on the first day of the retreat.

Each candidate is asked to make a $225 contribution to help defray the cost of the weekend. If you are unable to make this contribution, scholarships are available and can be obtained by making the appropriate selection below. Otherwise, to complete this application, please either:
