Marin Cursillo Candidate Application Form
To apply for a Cursillo weekend, you will need to fill out a Candidate Application, and have a sponsor submit a Sponsor Form. A sponsor is an active "Cursillista" (a program graduate) who intentionally guides and supports a new participant (called a "candidate") through the entire Cursillo journey.

This is the Candidate Application Form. Your sponsor will fill out the Sponsor Form. If you have not already done so, please ask him/her to go to www.marincursillo.com to fill out the sponsor form.

If you don't currently have a sponsor, you may continue to fill out this form, but your application will not be complete until your sponsor submits his/her part on your behalf. If you need help finding a sponsor, your faith community is a good place to start. Alternatively, you may contact the governing board of Marin Cursillo at info@marincursillo.com for assistance.

Financial Contribution
Each candidate is asked to make a $225 contribution to help defray the cost of the weekend. Candidates who cannot attend will get their contribution refunded if a cancellation becomes necessary.

If you are unable to make the contribution for the weekend, scholarships can be arranged by making the appropriate selection below. Otherwise, to complete this application, please either:

On occasion Marin Cursillo uses photos of active Cursillo participants in their promotional materials and your name entry below authorizes this use. It also provides your release of Marin Cursillo, its directors and/or agents from all liability associated with your participation in the program.
