Aggression Outdoors Charter Waiver and Safety Agreement

Required for all participants before trip departure
By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in outdoor activities provided by Aggression Outdoors, including but not limited to bowfishing charters, scenic boat tours, and guided excursions. I understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: exposure to weather and wildlife, movement on and around watercraft, use of fishing equipment, and physical exertion.

I hereby release and hold harmless Aggression Outdoors LLC, Captain TJ, crew members, affiliates, and property owners from any and all liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during or as a result of participation in these activities. This release applies to known and unknown risks, and I assume full responsibility for my actions and safety.

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in these activities and will follow all safety instructions provided by the crew. I agree to wear any required safety gear and to act responsibly while on board or near equipment.

I grant permission for Aggression Outdoors to use photographs or video footage taken during the trip for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials.

If signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to their participation under the terms of this agreement.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this waiver.
You have chosen to decline the Bowfishing Charter, Scenic Tour, Boat+Captain for Hire waiver. As a result, you will not be permitted to participate in any bowfishing activities, Scenic Tours or Boat+Captain for Hire services offered by Aggression Outdoors. This waiver is required to ensure safety, legal protection, and responsible conduct during all guided charters. If this was selected in error, please return to the waiver agreement field and choose “Agree” to proceed.

AGGRESSION OUTDOORS – SCENIC TOUR WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in a guided scenic tour provided by Aggression Outdoors. I understand that outdoor activities may involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, slips, falls, weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and water-related hazards.

I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in this activity and will follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. I agree to wear any required safety gear and behave responsibly throughout the experience.

By signing below, I release Aggression Outdoors, its owners, agents, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during or as a result of this tour, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that this waiver is binding and applies to myself, my heirs, and any minors under my care participating in the tour. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age or have obtained consent from a legal guardian.

AGGRESSION OUTDOORS – TOWING & RECOVERY SERVICE WAIVER

I, the undersigned vehicle owner or authorized agent, hereby request towing and/or recovery services from Aggression Outdoors. I acknowledge that while all reasonable care will be taken, towing and recovery operations may involve risks of damage due to terrain, vehicle condition, or unforeseen circumstances.

I authorize Aggression Outdoors to access, tow, and/or recover my vehicle as needed. I understand that Aggression Outdoors is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle or its contents during or resulting from the towing or recovery process, except in cases of gross negligence.

I release Aggression Outdoors, its owners, agents, and affiliates from any liability for loss, damage, or injury that may occur during or as a result of these services. I confirm that I have the legal right to authorize this service and that I accept full responsibility for all charges incurred.
