If a player wishes to play representative basketball with the Wyndham Basketball Association (WBA), then it isexpected that the player will also participate in the WBA domestic competition. If a player is unable to participatein the WBA domestic competition then the player (or, if under 18 years old, their parent/guardian) must submit anexemption request in writing using this form.
