1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Afro Boho Vibes LLC are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
Participants may enter the sweepstakes in either of the following ways:
a. Paid Entry:
Purchase one or more support entries at $20 each via the official entry page. Each paid entry counts as one (1) entry toward the prize drawing.
b. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without purchase, send an email to AfroBohoVibes@gmail.com with the subject line “Reclaim Your Crown Free Entry.” Include your full name, phone number, email address, and a short statement about what reclaiming your crown means to you. Each valid submission counts as one (1) entry.
Entries must be received by 11;59 PM EST OCTOBER 31, 2025. Entries that are incomplete, late, or non-compliant will not be accepted.
3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Private Reclaim Your Crown Retreat with TwinSpirit, valued at approximately $1,200 USD.
Prize Includes
Two (2) nights of private accommodations in Atlanta, Georgia
Lunch and dinner during the stay (plant-forward, holistic meals)
Personalized healing and oracle sessions with TwinSpirit
Sound healing, guided meditation, and sacred self-renewal activities curated for the winner
Not Included / Winner’s Responsibility
The following are not included in the prize and are solely the responsibility of the winner:
Airfare, transportation, or any travel to/from Atlanta, Georgia
Tips and gratuities
Travel-related documentation or fees (such as visas, identification, or travel insurance)
Personal spending money, souvenirs, or additional spa services beyond the listed inclusions
Any optional add-ons not expressly described above
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for other services or merchandise.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Afro Boho Vibes LLC on or about NOVEMBER 15, 2025.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 72 hours.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected. Retreat must be scheduled and taken between the dates of March 15, 2026 - July 20, 2026
5. Liability Release & Indemnification
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Afro Boho Vibes LLC, TwinSpirit, and all affiliates, agents, or partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.
You understand and agree that the Reclaim Your Crown retreat is a holistic and spiritual experience and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
TwinSpirit is not a licensed medical doctor, therapist, or psychologist. All readings, sound healing, and intuitive guidance provided are for spiritual and educational purposes only. Participants assume full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the retreat.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. All entries, paid or free, carry equal weight in the drawing.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise its integrity.
All federal, state, and local laws apply.
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
8. Publicity
By entering, you grant permission for Afro Boho Vibes LLC and TwinSpirit to use your name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Information collected from participants will be used only for the administration of this giveaway and related Afro Boho Vibes communications.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Prize Services
Afro Boho Vibes LLC and TwinSpirit reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse, postpone, or terminate the delivery of the prize services if, at any time before or during the retreat, the winner’s conduct or energy is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the intended nature of the experience.
The Reclaim Your Crown retreat is a private, holistic immersion that requires mutual respect, emotional maturity, and cooperation.
Should Afro Boho Vibes or TwinSpirit determine that proceeding with the retreat would compromise safety, comfort, or the intended healing environment, the retreat may be ended early or canceled entirely.
In such circumstances:
The prize may be considered forfeited without refund, substitution, or compensation.
Afro Boho Vibes LLC and TwinSpirit shall bear no liability for any resulting costs, damages, or claims.
By entering the sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize, participants acknowledge and accept this condition as a term of eligibility and participation.
