Terms & Conditions for PL-900 Training & Exam Prep Bootcamp

By signing up for this training, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Refund Policy
   
   • Full payment is required to secure your slot in the training.
   • Payments are non-refundable unless the training is canceled by the organizer.
   • If you are unable to attend, cancellation before the start of bootcamp is possible.
2. Training Access & Materials
   • Participants will receive course notes in PDF and 1-month access to the exclusive hands-on lab as part of the training package.
   • Training materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
   • Lab access is granted for learning purposes only, and misuse may result in suspension.
3. Live Session Guidelines
   • Participants are expected to attend live sessions on time and engage respectfully.
   • Addition pre-recordings will also be provided but will only be available for one month.
   • Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the training without a refund.
4. Certification Disclaimer
   
   • This training is designed to help you prepare for the PL-900 exam, but it does not guarantee certification.
   • The cost of the PL-900 certification exam is NOT included in the training fee.
5. Liability & Technical Issues
   
   • The organizer is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the participant’s end.
   • If a session is disrupted due to technical difficulties on the trainer’s side, a makeup session will be arranged.
6. Intellectual Property
   • All course materials, lab exercises, and content provided are intellectual property of the trainer and of Microsoft and cannot be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
7. Privacy Policy
   
   • Your personal information will only be used for training purposes (e.g., sending materials, lab access, and training-related communication).
     Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
