• BTPC Church Camp 2026 Response Form

    This form is for everyone to indicate your response for the upcoming camp — whether you are registering now, expressing interest, or unable to attend. Room booking is more urgent for us to secure, while transport details will be confirmed later. Everything is included here for your convenience, and you can always return to edit your responses later.
  • 17 June (Wed) to 20 June (Sat) 2026

    Fraser Place Puteri Harbour, Johor Bahru
    • One Form per Family - Each family only needs to complete one registration form.

    • Reserve limited room types ASAP - Everyone is encouraged to register as early as possible (early sign up by 31 Dec 2025), especially for the room types/beds that are limited in number, to avoid missing out on your preferred options.

    • Can edit partial responses - We’d appreciate it if you could indicate your interest in this form, even if you’re not ready to confirm all the details. You can always return later to update your responses or finalize your registration when you’re ready. You don’t need to fill in every field at this point—even partial responses are helpful.

  • For the "Attendance" column in the table below, kindly indicate individual responses unless everyone's attendance is the same.

  • (B) GROUP PACKAGE (4D3N)

    The prices shown in this section are based on the standard 4D3N group package for the rooms, meals and meeting rooms. If you would like to request a different duration, rooming arrangement, or other changes, please indicate the full details at the end of Section 1. Do note that any deviations will be subject to a different price, and we will need to confirm the revised cost with the hotel.

    • How to use the table below to book your room(s):
      1) Select the room type(s) according to the total number of adults (age 13 and above) in each room.
      (Example: If you’re sharing with a friend and each of you is paying separately, you would each indicate ‘1’ in the 2-Adult Sharing row.)
      2) Include the number of extra roll-away beds for additional adults, if required.
      3) Include the number of children (age 0–5, and age 6–12) according to the bed type(s), if required.

    • Do not make payment immediately. You will receive an invoice with the final payment amount after we have confirmed your room details with you.

  • (C) ROOMING ARRANGEMENTS

    If you would like to share a room with OTHER singles/couples/families (that are not listed in Q3), please let us know your rooming preferences at this point of registration.
  • (D) TOURISM TAX

    If any of the room occupants are Singaporeans/non-Malaysians, tourism tax needs to be paid. The tourism tax is SGD10 per room for the 3 nights.

  • (F) ROOM CONFIRMATION

    • To secure your room(s), your registration will only be completed and confirmed upon receipt of payment. 
    • Please wait for the invoice to be sent to your email before making payment.
      If any changes are required, a revised invoice will be issued to you first. Kindly make payment only after receiving the correct invoice, to ensure all details are in order. 
    • Payment for your room(s) can be made first to secure your room booking.
      Transport costs will be confirmed later, once we have the final number of participants, and payment for transport will be collected at that stage.

    • The payment details will be in the invoice. Note that payment is not to the church general fund.

    Please note that our cancellation and changes policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for all participants. Any cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made by 1 May 2026. Cancellations or changes made within this timeframe may be subject to a fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

    • If you only have one preference and do not wish to take the other mode of transport, please indicate "Not applicable".
    • If the number of participants for one option is insufficient, resulting in higher costs than the second option, we will update you accordingly.

    Our goal is to ensure the most cost-effective and convenient solution for everyone.

    Please let us know your budget for your preferred transport option. This will help us make the necessary arrangements accordingly.

    If the costs exceed your budget or if we need to consider alternatives, we will move on to your second choice for consideration.
