  • All booth spaces must be paid in advance via check or credit card.

    • The NSR Staff can invoice you for your booth spaces per show.
    • If you decide to attend a show 30 days prior to the show. Late booth reservations will be based upon available space.
    • Prices are per booth space.
    • You will be responsible for bringing your own extension cords.
    • Booth prices include one 8’ long table and 2 folding chairs.
    • The NSR Staff makes the final decision on where booths will be located.
    • If you are bringing a trailer please make sure that you notify Carin Vickrey 7 days prior to the event.
    • No refunds will be given for booth space.

  • Once you have completed and submitted this form, please consider your booth space confirmed unless contacted otherwise by NSR staff. Additional information regarding vendor maps, booth placement, and loading/unloading details will be sent closer to the event date.

  • Should be Empty:
