  • If your booth will not fit within these limits or if you are interested in a vendor spot at the Southwest Type Conference or Duncan, contact Carin Vickrey.

  • All booth spaces must be paid in advance via check or credit card.

    • The NSR Staff can invoice you for your booth spaces per show.
    • If you decide to attend a show 30 days prior to the show. Late booth reservations will be based upon available space.
    • Prices are per booth space.
    • You will be responsible for bringing your own extension cords.
    • Booth prices include one 8’ long table and 2 folding chairs.
    • The NSR Staff makes the final decision on where booths will be located.
    • If you are bringing a trailer please make sure that you notify Clay Parish 7 days prior to the event.
    • No refunds will be given for booth space.
