  • User Satisfaction and Accessibility Survey for The Danova NEXT App

  • This survey is conducted within the Danova NEXT project (DRP0200298), co-funded by the European Union. The project focuses on improving accessibility in transport across the Danube Region through innovative services, providing data on network accessibility via fully accessible digital platforms, and creating a Smart Network of transport facilities for sharing data, practices, and services.

    The aim of this survey is to assess user satisfaction and experiences with the Danova NEXT App, focusing on its usability, accessibility, content, and features. The survey is primarily designed for persons with reduced mobility, blind or partially sighted persons, and deaf or hard of hearing persons, but other users are also encouraged to participate and share their experiences.

    Participants will be evaluating the app available at the following link: http://dev.danovanext.com

    Your feedback will help identify gaps, improve accessibility features, and make the app more useful for everyone.
