Restocking Fee.* This field is required.All merchandise must be returned to Alloy LED in the same new condition in which it was shipped to the customer and in its original packaging. Any items with stickers or markings on the product, or any boxes or bags with any branding other than Alloy LED, will be considered non-returnable. A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returned products. Restocking fees are subject to change. Outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All standard Alloy LED products must be returned within 180 days from the original date of purchase. Customers who are eligible for the Alloy Advantage Program may utilize their 2-for-1 annual stock adjustment to return non-defective and non-discontinued products outside of the 180-day time frame. Customized or special order products are not eligible for return for any reason.
