Loaner Equipment Agreement

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED

PropM, Inc is loaning the following item(s) to the below named tenant:

 

LOAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Temporary Use Only. The loaned item(s) are for temporary use only and remain the property of PropM, Inc.
2. Return Requirement. All equipment must be returned upon request or upon resolution of the issue prompting the lean, whichever comes first.
3. Condition on Return. Equipment must be returned in the same working condition and cleanliness as when received. Any damage, misuse, or loss may result in tenant liability for full replacement or repair costs.
4. Proper Use. Tenant agrees to:
   1. Use the equipment safely and soley for its indended purpose.
   2. Keep it in a secure, dry and safe place.
   3. Promptly report any malfunction, damage or safety concern.
5. Liability. 
   1. Tenants assume all risks of damage or injury resulting from improper use or negligence
   2. PropM, Inc. is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or other liability arising from the use of the loaned equipment.
6. Inspection & Access. PropM, Inc. may inspect the equipment during tenancy with proper notice.

RETURN CONFIRMATION

The tenant agrees to return the above items within 30 days from receipt  or a charge of $500.00 will be assessed to your tenant ledger. 

PropM, Inc. staff will inspect the teims upon return. Charges may apply if items are missing or damaged.
