The Unit will be using Online Scout Manager (OSM) for the administration of the unit. This will include any medical information, emergency contacts, payments and events. To do this we're asking that Young People's existing group/unit share their profile with us, this will also mean any badge work or nights away completed with the unit will count. I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions of participation in the South London Scouts Jamboree Unit to the 26th World Scout Jamboree in Poland in 2027 and agree to adhere by them in order to retain my child’s place in the unit. I agree to bring along the signed copy of the T&Cs to the first unit event on the 7th December.
We ask for your personal data (PD) to facilitate your registration for our jamboree. We’ll use your email address to provide you with information related to the event. We’re committed to protecting the privacy of all PD you provide, and we will not share your PD with other organisations unless you consent to sharing it. Your PD will be retained by South London Scouts for up to two years after the conclusion of this event in order to facilitate our records.
