Exhibitor Terms and Conditions
The Exhibitor pass includes one (1) 6ft table in the exhibit hall both days of Convention, one chair (1), one (1) tablecloth, one trash can (1) and one (1) Exhibitor.

The primary registrant for exhibiting may allow up to two (2) Additional Exhibitor passes (three total). However, only (2) two exhibitors may be present working in the booth at one time. If you'd like to register a second additional exhibitor, please email marykatherine@broadcasters.org

Exhibit booths cannot be split with another company. The booth must represent only one brand including signage, shirts, logos, swag, etc. and will only be listed as the registered company in program and event marketing.

You can make requests to be next to a specific company and we'll do our best to accomadate.
