Abstract Submission Form

We are delighted you are submitting an abstract for an opportunity to present a student poster at the 4th International Flavor Summit hosted by the University of Florida/IFAS Citrus Research and Education Center, in Orlando, Florida, March 16-18, 2026.

If you start the online process and get interrupted, the submission may time out, so before you begin, verify your abstract was prepared using the official abstract template. It should contain a title and recognize all authors and their respective affiliations.

• The name of the presenting author should be BOLDED in the list of authors.
• To allow as many people as possible to present and due to spacing constraints, we may not be able to accommodate requests for multiple presentations.
• Presentations should be of original research, which has been substantially completed, but which has not yet been published as a full paper in a scientific journal.
  
• Abstracts must be written and presented in English. Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author.
• Proof your abstract carefully and obtain co-author approvals prior to submission.
• Submission deadline is Friday, January 16, 2026.

NOTE: You will get an error message if you try to upload your abstract file while it is still open on your computer. Be sure to close it before you hit submit. 

Submission Confirmation:

Once you complete the abstract submission process, a confirmation form will be automatically generated and appear on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation in your inbox. Save this confirmation for future reference, as it will contain further instructions. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
