Ravi Bhatia, PE, PMP, B.S.ME, MSc, MBA
With a portfolio of $3 Billion in completed projects, Ravi has over 30 years of proven construction project leadership experience, spanning complex and high-visibility core and shell, high-technology, electrical systems, commercial buildings and design-build infrastructure projects (including P3) for electrical contractors, real estate developers, multinational corporations, technology providers, private investors and large public institutions. He has expertise in construction engineering, finance, estimating, supply chain, logistics, contracts management and procurement.
Ravi is a successful operations and program manager, with experience in cost control, contracts negotiation and risk management. He has leveraged his ability to forge partnerships with investors, clients, government agencies, suppliers, regulators, contractors, and employees to drive project success. Ravi strives to implement best practices and innovation to deliver value for project organizations. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE), certified Design-Build (DBIA) and Project Management Professional (PMP), with a M.S. in Telecommunications & Information Management from New York University and a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University. Ravi earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University. He completed Stanford University's (Graduate School of Business) Professional Certificate program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Harvard University's Advanced Real Estate Finance program.
Adjunct Lecturer – New York University and Georgetown University – Taught graduate-level courses in construction project management, project risk management, technology project management, real estate development and negotiation.
