This is the first step in booking your photo session. These questions will help me understand your pet and your expectations.

The following questions need to be answered fully and honestly. I do not discriminate against any animal, but I do need you to be completely honest in your answers. The questions help me get an insight into your pet and your expectations of the photo session.

What is the name of your pet(s)?*
What breed is your pet? (best guess if mixed)*
Helps with knowing their traits
How old is your pet(s) and approximate weight? *
Helps me to know if I need to use tables or chairs or keep them on the floor
What color is your pet(s) and markings?
helps determine background in some cases
Does your pet(s) have any health issues? i.e. arthritis, hip dysplasia, allergies, special diet etc- Any health issues?*

All pet(s) must be on flea and tick medication. Your animals are coming into my home and they need to be on prevention as to not bring fleas or ticks to my pets. Which brand of flea and tick medication do you use and do you purchase it from a vet? *
Is your pet(s) up to date on vaccinations and free from communicable diseases? Again your pet is coming into my home studio and I need to protect my own animals and others from diseases and illness. *
Which vet clinic do you use and Dr's name*
Anything else I need to know about your pet(s) health?*

Is your pet(s) afraid of loud noises i.e. car horns*
Is your pet(s) afraid of squeaky toys? *

What is your vision of this photo session? scenes, poses, with/without humans etc.*

I give treats to animals during these sessions to try to get their attention and usually use turkey, chicken, and/or hotdogs. Can your pet(s) have these?*
You understand I am working with animals. This is a new experience for them so they may or may not sit, stay etc. They may be excited and have their tongues out. I try lots of tricks to to get good poses, but in the end we can only do what the animal agrees to do*
I am not a dog or cat "whisper" there is no magic that is going to happen.This is sometimes hard work to get the best photos, but I have patience and in no rush and will take a ton of pictures
Your pet WILL be on a small slip leash in studio. It will be edited out. Larger or excited dogs can be on their own leash. But all animals at any location are ALWAYS on a leash. This helps to contain them in position for photos. They are edited out. You will be holding the leash.*

If your pet wears a harness during the session it will NOT be edited out. if you do not want the harness to show it needs to be removed.*
You will be *VERY* involved in your pets photo session. Posing them, picking up items, holding them in place etc. If you cannot handle your pet, you will need to bring someone with you or if multiple dogs, you will need multiple people. I am behind the camera and cannot help.*
