1. Mortgage Free Life is held harmless and shall not be held liable for any decisions made by the banking institution or the insurance company. Additionally, Mortgage Free Life is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided to the bank or insurance company. Clients expressly acknowledge that Mortgage Free Life acts in a supportive role and does not possess decision-making authority in the processes conducted by the banking institution or the insurance agency. Therefore, clients release Mortgage Free Life from any liability, claims, or actions arising out of decisions made by these entities or any inaccuracies in the information provided during the course of the services offered by Mortgage Free Life. It is advisable for clients to review and understand the terms and conditions set forth by the banking institution and insurance agency separately for a comprehensive understanding of their roles and responsibilities.

2. Mortgage Free Life serves in a supporting capacity for financial underwriting and insurance underwriting processes. The banking institution is exclusively responsible for all financial underwriting activities, while the insurance company exclusively handles all aspects of insurance underwriting. Mortgage Free Life assumes a supportive role in facilitating communication and coordination between the parties involved but does not possess any decision-making authority in either the financial or insurance underwriting processes. Participants should be aware that Mortgage Free Life does not make determinations or decisions regarding financial eligibility or insurance coverage. Any queries or concerns related to underwriting decisions should be directed to the respective banking institution or insurance company. Participants are advised to review the terms and conditions of their agreements with the bank and insurance provider for a comprehensive understanding of the underwriting processes and associated responsibilities.

3. Any information provided by Mortgage Free Life regarding historical performance of banking, insurance or its own products is for illustrative and education purposes only, Clients or prospective clients should not assume that performance will equal or exceed historical results and/or averages. Past performance is not indicative of future performance and Client’s should understand that Mortgage Free Life has no control over external factors or third parties that may influence outcomes or results, therefore, the Client releases Mortgage Free Life from any liability related to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of past performance information provided.

4. While Mortgage Free Life conducts analyses to assess the tax-saving potential of its services, it is crucial for clients to understand that individual tax situations can vary. Mortgage Free Life recommends that clients consult with their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or tax advisor to obtain personalized advice tailored to their specific financial circumstances.
5. The $5,500 service fee is designated as a service fee payable to Mortgage Free Life by the Client. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with facilitating and overseeing the processes involved in the Mortgage Free Life System and education and support of the Mortgage Free Life agents. The payment of this service fee may be paid as a liability expense at bank closing. If it is not paid at closing with the bank, the client is responsible for the full payment.

6. Mortgage Free Life agents operate under a compensation structure where they do not receive compensation from the banking institution for their services. However, agents do receive compensation from the insurance provider in the form of commissions. It's important for clients to understand that these commissions are earned based on the placement of insurance products, and agents are motivated by this commission-based system. This model is designed to align the interests of Mortgage Free Life agents with the successful provision of insurance services to clients. Clients are encouraged to seek further clarification on the specifics of this compensation arrangement, ensuring transparency in understanding how it may impact the guidance provided by agents in relation to both insurance and overall financial planning.

If the client exhausts all HELOC options they have at their disposal, and the client cannot secure this vehicle, no MFL service fee is due.
