Holiday Matsuri 18+ cosplay contest presented by: Cosplay Deviants.
This event is designed for ALL cosplayers who want to show off more than just their sewing skills.

*** JUDGING CRITERIA ***
💗 Adaptation & Theming
How creatively have you adapted and themed your costume as compared with the actual character in the series, game or original artwork and to the event?
💗 Presentation & Display
How does the cosplayer present themselves on stage? Does their presentation fit their character and theme?
💗 Audience Reaction
How does the audience react to your cosplay or presentation?

*** THE RULES ***
1. Contestants and audience members all must be over the age of 18 at the time of the event. Valid ID will be required.
2. All contestants must be registered members of the convention for the day of the event. Valid badge will be required.
3. All costumes must cover themselves to a point found acceptable by local nudity laws and convention rules. When in doubt think “is this pool appropriate?”
4. All props used or displayed must adhere to the conventions weapon policy.
5. Time limit on stage is one minute (1:00).
6. Any media must be submitted with your application.
7. One entry per person / group.
8. All contestants must be wearing foot protection of some kind, no bare feet on stage.
9. Absolutely no glitter or liquids may be used in your performance. Let's keep the thoughts dirty and the stage clean.
10. Remember that this contest is for fun, and all are encouraged to participate!
