    * ALSO sign up with the event organizer, CoVA Coalition for sign templates, training, and general info about the event.

    The event organizers are also looking for volunteers to serve as Marshals (primarily safety related) and to provide Medical assistance.  Please indicate below if you are interested in either of those roles.

    The VB Branch of AAUW has invited league of Women Voters members to their showing of "Iron Jawed Angels" on "No Kings Day". 

    This is a great way to remind ourselves that women did not have the right to vote for 139 years (from the time we won the Revolutionary War). Now, some in our government are actually verbalizing that women should not vote. YIKES!

    Please come see this film--and bring some friends. Although the film is not rated, it is appropriate for teens (there are some scenes of forced feedings in prison that are intense, but not terrible).

    Space is limited, so DO reserve your seat.
